How to create an import file

On the page manage concrete orders, you can import concrete orders via an Excel spreadsheet, if this option is enabled for your job site.

The file must satisfy some requirements in order to be processed by e-beton :

1  The first line must contain the headers

2   The following columns are mandatory, and can appear in any order: 

  • DATE, the date can be in one of the following formats: 30/03/2022 or 30-03-2022

  • CONCRETE_FORMULA, the concrete formula must be designated by project's designation given in the backoffice. These values are available in the dropdown menu on the order creation page

  • VOLUME, this column must contain a number, expressed in the unit set up in the backoffice

  • TIME, in a time format supported by Excel

  • ZONE, the values indicated must match the values set up in the backoffice. These values are displayed in the dropdown menu on the orders creation page

3  It is possible to add these optional columns:

  • ADDITIONAL_COSTS​, the values must match with the additionnal costs set up in the backoffice. There can be several values, separated by a comma

  • FREQUENCY, this column must contain a number, expressed in the unit set up in your backoffice

  • SUBZONE1, SUBZONE2, SUBZONE3, SUBZONE4, SUBZONE5, according to the tree structure of the subzones set up in the backoffice. The structure is displayed in a dropdown menu on the order creation page

  • DESTINATION, the destination element

  • EQUIPMENT, the values must match with the equipment set up in the backoffice. There can be several values, separated by a comma

  • ADDITIONAL_INFO
